We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support the delivery of client engagements and internal projects. This role is based in London and offers the opportunity to work across a range of industries and sustainability themes, including ESG strategy, climate risk, regulatory compliance, and sustainable finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and process ESG and sustainability-related data from multiple sources (e.g., client data, public databases, APIs).

• Clean and standardize data for analysis and reporting.

• Create dashboards, charts, and other visualizations to support client deliverables.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and insights.

• Assist in developing and maintaining data models, indicators, and impact metrics.

• Support senior consultants with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.

• Document data processes and ensure reproducibility and transparency.

• Contribute to the preparation of client reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Environmental Science, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field).

• Proficiency in Excel and at least one data analysis language/tool.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Interest in sustainability, climate change, or ESG topics.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
