  • Role Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Sustainability Consultant to support the delivery of client engagements and internal projects. This role is based in London and offers the opportunity to work across a range of industries and sustainability themes, including ESG strategy, climate risk, regulatory compliance, and sustainable finance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support senior consultants in the delivery of client projects, including research, analysis, and report preparation

    • Conduct ESG and sustainability assessments, including benchmarking and materiality analysis

    • Track and interpret sustainability-related regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g. TCFD, CSRD, ISSB, SFDR, PRI)

    • Contribute to the development of client deliverables such as ESG strategies, disclosures, and risk assessments

    • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and internal knowledge development

    • Participate in client calls and meetings, with increasing responsibility over time

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, economics, finance, or a related field

    • Up to 2 years of professional experience (internships or graduate roles in sustainability, consulting or finance)

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Familiarity with ESG frameworks, climate risk, or sustainable finance topics is a plus

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
