Client Overview

We worked with a global alternative investment management firm as part of a broader remit of sustainability support. Growing quickly across multiple locations, the firm wanted a deeper understanding of employee experience and organisational ethos to support continued scaling whilst maintaining a cohesive culture.

Objective

The firm engaged Danesmead Advisory to design and conduct an independent firm‑wide employee survey, gather clear insights into employee experience, and support the implementation of findings to ensure the continuation of a strong workplace culture. The firm sought to identify the positive attributes of its culture as well as to understand any pressing issues that may be affecting employee’s experience.
